Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY   

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please check the returns & exchanges policy of the item in line with the Brand Partner policy. The returns policy is in accordance with each Brand Partner policy which is listed on the product item page.   

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please inform us via email at hi.from.coral@gmail.com. Coral Collective will liaise with the Brand Partner to review your request in accordance to the Brand Partner returns & exchanges policy. You will be informed if the requests is approved or declined, and provided with all the information required in order to return or exchange the item. 

Returned items must comply with the following criteria: 

  • Items must be returned intact and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included. 
  • Items must be returned with their original protective packaging and bags (if applicable) and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. 
  • If a product has a brand security tag, the item must be returned with the tag in its original location. 

Please try the products on carefully so that you can return them in the same condition in which they were shipped. Returns or exchanges that do not meet our Brand Partners policies will not be accepted.     

The cost of return is at the customer’s expense, unless specified otherwise. 

You must return the goods to the relevant vendor. If your order is received in two deliveries from two separate vendors and would like to return both, you will be required to return the goods in two separate parcels to two separate addresses.  

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted by our Partner, the refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We will update you via email and you can follow the path of your package with our courier using the tracking number on the return label.   

Defective items

Our goal is that all products arrive in optimal conditions and that every customer is always satisfied with their purchase. If you should receive a defective, damaged or not corresponding to the description on the site, please contact us immediately at hi.from.coral@gmail.com, we will arrange the return and activate the refund procedure.
